the apartment is in a very convenient location, about 1.5 km from Milan Cathedral, but a very tiny room, albeit clean and tidy every day. You need to check in at a hotel a few kilometers away, even though the hotel transport is then awkward to the apartments. We bought accommodation with brekfast and got 5.5 € vouchers for a meal in a poor cafe, all for coffee and croissant. It's realy sad :(

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura a novembre per lavoro. È stata un esperienza terrificante. La camera è molto carina, ma non è per nulla insonorizzata, dal letto si sentono dei rumori provenienti dall’esterno di auto che corrono all’impazzata. Servizio reception distante 15 min dalla struttura e per nulla efficiente, considerata la lontananza dalla struttura. Anche se vicina al Duomo, molto scomodo spostarsi con la metro, se prima non si prende il tram. Scomodo anche il servizio di check-in, da effettuarsi presso la struttura Eurohotel a porta Venezia. Il personale di reception è gentile e cortese, ma poco esperto e pratico nella risoluzione del problemi. Un esperienza negativa. Un prezzo della struttura che non rispecchia assolutamente il servizio. Poca dedizione al cliente. Proprietari presuntuosi. Una struttura da denuncia, considerato l’obbligo di assicurare agli ospiti che la loro permanenza non venga disturbata, e il rispetto delle norme civili. Da evitare !

Posizione buona anche se un po' scomoda per accedere alla metropolitana. La nostra camera era molto piccola e non molto pulita. Il bagno aveva delle brutte incrostazioni di calcare nella doccia e nel water. La temperatura non ottimale, quasi fredda: la biancheria del letto principale era un po' scarsa per la temperatura esterna e nonostante avessimo 2 letti, c'era una sola coperta aggiuntiva (decisamente vecchia e impolverata). Abbiamo fatto il check out di domenica e non essendoci il serivizio di portineria attivo nel palazzo, si è costretti a portare il bagaglio all'hotel che distribuisce le chiavi, che si trova a parecchi chilometri di distanza (circa 15€ in taxi). Compreso nel prezzo ci sono 5.50€ di voucher a persona per una colazione in un baretto/pasticceria della zona. Il servizio, la pulizia e la centralità della posizione non giustificano assolutamente il prezzo pagato a notte (125€).

Siamo stati 3 notti in questa splendida residenza, pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e San Babila , e con moltissimi tram e bus vicini. Stanza elegante e pulitissima, bagno con doccia super, lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno nuovi. Possibilità di farsi un caffè o una tisana in camera. Ottima assistenza con il personale. Esperienza consigliata a tutti e da ripetere!

Inchecken op een andere locatie leek op het eerste gezicht raar, maar was verrassend makkelijk en fijn gezien het hotel een taxi regelde naar het uiteindelijke verblijf en hiervoor ook zelf betaalde. Staff sprak verrassend goed engels (voor italiaanse standaard). De locatie is prima en op loopafstand van onder andere de kathedraal en de vele toeristische trekpleisters in de buurt, maar ook dichtbij tramlijn 9 waarvanuit je vrijwel alle bezienswaardigheden makkelijk kunt bezoeken. Ontbijt was in een klein restaurantje aan de overkant - een beetje gek maar het beviel goed! Met een waardebon van 5,50 kon je kiezen uit een ruim aanbod zoetigheden, belegde croissantjes en kreeg je een goede kop koffie die je op het terrasje op kon drinken. De wifi was in mijn kamer niet zo sterk, maar in het halletje prima te doen. Kamer was schoon en voorzien van een fantastische regendouche, toiletartikelen en gratis water in de minibar. Enige nadeel is het geluidsoverlast van de buren; de muren zijn erg dun en je hoort al gouw de televisie, deuren etc. van de medebewoners.
